Short version: we collect an email address if you give us one, we use it to send you the newsletter, and we do not sell it.

What we collect

• Your email address, if you subscribe to the newsletter.
• Email engagement — whether a message was opened or a link clicked. This is standard newsletter analytics and we use it to judge whether an issue was useful.
• Nothing else. No account, no profile, no tracking across other sites.

Who processes it

Our newsletter runs on beehiiv, which stores subscriber data on our behalf. Images are served by Cloudinary. This site is hosted on Cloudflare. Each holds data only to provide the service.

What we never do

• Sell, rent or trade your email address.
• Collect information about children.
• Ask for payment details — nothing here is paid.

Your choices

Every email has a one-click unsubscribe, which removes you immediately. You can ask us to delete everything we hold about you by writing to hello@recalledgoods.com, and we will do it and confirm. If you are in the EU or UK, or in California, you have these rights by law; we extend them to everyone because the alternative is keeping a list of people who asked to leave.

Changes

If this policy changes materially, we will say so in the newsletter rather than quietly updating the page.
